When you purchase a piece of crafts or crystal , the colors and design may vary since they are unique and unrepeatable pieces, therefore when you make a purchase on our website you will receive a confirmation email and we will attach a photograph with the content of your package, if you aren’t keen on with the content we’ll give it 12h for your response and make the change, otherwise we’d assume that you are satisfied and we will proceed to send your package.

They are served through ‘Correos’-Spanish post.
DELIVERIES
From Monday to Friday (No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional or local festivities)
The average term is according to destination: NATIONAL: 48-72H
EUROPE: 6-7 DAYS
OUTSIDE EUROPE: 7-15 DAYS

Shipping costs are based on the destination and weight of each item.
FREE for orders over € 200
In Lanzarote home delivery is free on purchases over € 30, otherwise you can pick up your order at any of our point of sale.

If you receive a broken or damaged item , we will refund your money.
Return Policy;
Arteguise does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is broken or damaged. If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us at info@arteguise.com with details of the product and its damage within 24 hours of receipt.
In order to manage it you will have to follow these steps:
1-Request a refund by writing to info@arteguise.com, indicating: (i) Order number and please explain the reason and attach a photograph of the breakage.
2-Refund: in the following days. Once the return is approved you will receive an email that verifies the refund. Remember that the period in which this is effective will depend on your bank.
